Niti is an exceptional example of someone who has gone to uni, studied hard, became a lawyer, worked harder and achieved great career results.
She became a lawyer in 2003 and until recently was head of the legal function in Australia and the Pacific Islands at Philip Morris.
But that’s the boring side of Niti’s story. Throughout that journey she had children, leadership roles and both difficult & inspirational managers.

“The only way you’re ever going to create change is by working together…and creating solutions”
--------------------------------
In this episode we get to hear her voice as an outspoken, authentic & passionate advocate for a range of work issues.
We explore Niti’s struggles with mental health, flexibility, recognition, pregnancy loss & gender equality. And we discuss practical ways for leaders to support & get the most out of their staff at the same time.
--------------------------------
“It takes courage and strength to be emotional and share your vulnerability with people”
--------------------------------
This conversation is about making tough decisions for the sake of our families, physical health & mental health.
It’s about taking the path of self-inspiration with the hopes we find where we are meant to be.
It’s about being the best versions of ourselves and creating a community to make it a reality.

“In the absence of change, there’s only one person that’s going to make a difference to your status quo, and that’s you”
